Cartagena Island Bliss offers tailored travel planning and concierge services, combining local expertise with international service standards. We design and manage complete experiences—from accommodations and transportation to private events—on behalf of our clients, using a network of trusted service providers and dedicated hosts in Colombia.

We assume full responsibility for the coordination, personalization, and quality assurance of the experiences offered through this platform.

While individual services (e.g., yachts, villas, tours) are fulfilled by specialized partners on the ground, Cartagena Island Bliss remains your sole point of contact and service coordinator, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are customized and subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgment from our team and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

All payments are processed in USD via Stripe or wire transfer to Marclau Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA). In some cases, clients may also pay in Colombian Pesos (COP) through authorized payment methods.

Clients will receive a detailed itinerary and invoice upon confirmation.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate date changes or experience modifications, subject to provider availability and timeline.

In case of weather-related disruptions or unforeseen events, we offer rescheduling or experience adjustments at no additional cost.

4. Client Experience & Hosting

To guarantee premium service on the ground, Cartagena Island Bliss contracts certified local hosts to assist with coordination, guest care, and last-mile execution. These hosts operate under our guidance and uphold the standards expected by our international clientele.

5. Liability & Service Assurance

Cartagena Island Bliss assumes responsibility for ensuring the coordination and delivery of all elements as outlined in your confirmed itinerary.

We do not operate transportation, accommodation, or tourism services directly but work exclusively with vetted providers. Any issues will be addressed promptly through our concierge support team.
