Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
Dates may be modified based on availability (request changes 30–45 days in advance).
In case of bad weather on the day of your charter, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
No pets allowed (some yachts allow exceptions — ask us).
Life jackets, emergency & first aid kits are included.
Bring your own alcohol and food freely.
All yachts include a sound system for your music.
Children are allowed on board and count as passengers.
Payment is due 10 days before your charter.
For bookings over $5,000, a wire transfer is required.
High Season Periods:
March 25–April 16 / June 1–July 31 / November 8–15 / December 15–January 20
Colombian Residents: 19% VAT will be added to your total.
