CANCELLATION POLICY: Private Villa and Colonial House Rentals
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation More Than 90 Calendar Days in Advance: If the renter decides to terminate the contract with more than 90 calendar days’ notice before the scheduled booking date, a 75% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. The remaining 25% will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation Between 90 and 30 Calendar Days in Advance: If the renter cancels the booking with less than 90 days and up to 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, the renter may request a change of rental date (rescheduling), subject to availability.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Calendar Days in Advance or No-Show: If the renter cancels the booking with less than 30 days’ notice or fails to use the service on the scheduled date (No-Show), the total amount paid will be forfeited, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.
Date Changes (Rescheduling)
The renter may request a change of rental date up to 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled booking, subject to the availability of the villa/colonial house and the current rates for the requested new dates.
No pets allowed (some yachts allow exceptions — ask us).
Life jackets, emergency & first aid kits are included.
Bring your own alcohol and food freely.
All yachts include a sound system for your music.
Children are allowed on board and count as passengers.
Payment is due 10 days before your charter.
For bookings over $5,000, a wire transfer is required.
High Season Periods:
March 25–April 16 / June 1–July 31 / November 8–15 / December 15–January 20
Colombian Residents: 19% VAT will be added to your total.
