CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S.
This policy governs all booking and cancellation transactions related to services offered by CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S., including, but not limited to, boat rentals, vacation homes/private villas, hotel reservations, beach clubs, tours, day trips, and any other service marketed by the company.
I. Booking and Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Percentages
A. Boat and Vacation Home (Private Villa) Rentals:
To confirm the booking, the client must make a 50% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
B. Tours, Day Trips, Beach Clubs, Hotels, and Other Services:
To confirm availability and guarantee the reservation, the client must pay 100% of the total service cost at the time of booking.
Guarantee: Reservations will only be guaranteed and confirmed once CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S. receives proof of payment for the requested amount.
2. Payment Methods
The service cost can be paid using the following methods:
Bank Deposit/Transfer:
To the official bank account of CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S.
Savings Account No. 175-000082-31
Online Payment (Payment Link):
Through the company’s direct payment link, accepting the terms and conditions of the payment platform used.
3. Rates
The applicable rates will be those established and in effect by CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S. for the year 2025 or the current period.
4. Schedule Adherence (Check-in/Check-out)
Check-in and check-out times will strictly adhere to the selected service and the schedules stipulated by the supplier (vessel, villa, hotel, etc.).
In the case of vessels, the departure time stipulated by the supplier must be respected. If the client arrives after the agreed-upon time, CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S. is not responsible. The contracted service time will be adjusted according to the delay. In cases of no-show, the cancellation policies will apply.
II. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
1. Cancellations by the Client (Non-Refundable with Exceptions)
General Rule (Boats, Hotels, Beach Clubs, Tours, Day Trips, and Other Services): No refunds, either partial or full, will be issued for the total amount or the deposit paid for the reservation under any circumstances. In case of no-show or cancellation, the client will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
Exception: Vacation Homes (Private Villas): A refund may be applied only if the cancellation request is notified at least 90 days prior to the reservation date. In this case, the refund will be subject to a 30% penalty on the total amount already paid.
2. Date Changes (Rescheduling)
The client may request a date change (rescheduling) for their experience or reservation, provided they notify CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S. at least 72 hours prior to the original service date.
All rescheduling is subject to availability of the service, vessel, villa, hotel, or supplier at the time of the request.
3. Cancellations due to Bad Weather or Force Majeure
If the service is canceled due to extreme weather conditions (as determined by the maritime authority – DIMAR for vessels) or due to duly justified force majeure (as determined by THE SUPPLIER or CARTAGENA ISLAND BLISS S.A.S.):
The experience or service will be rescheduled for a new date at no additional cost to the client.
No refund will be issued; only rescheduling will be provided.
