The confidentiality, privacy, security and restricted circulation of personal data will be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy & Things to Know

Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed reservations are non-refundable.

  • Dates may be modified based on availability (request changes 30–45 days in advance).

  • In case of bad weather on the day of your charter, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • No pets allowed (some yachts allow exceptions — ask us).

  • Life jackets, emergency & first aid kits are included.

  • Bring your own alcohol and food freely.

  • All yachts include a sound system for your music.

  • Children are allowed on board and count as passengers.

  • Payment is due 10 days before your charter.

  • For bookings over $5,000, a wire transfer is required.

  • High Season Periods:
    March 25–April 16 / June 1–July 31 / November 8–15 / December 15–January 20

  • Colombian Residents: 19% VAT will be added to your total.
